ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

MISSING, DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Your art will be signed and can be personalized upon request. Generally, we ship your art within three days of purchase, but travel, conventions or appearances can cause delays. In this case, we will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase. If you are in need of the art within a certain time, you may (contact us) about shipping times before purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

 Unfulfilled Orders (not yet shipped)

Unless stated otherwise on the product page of your item, you may submit a request to cancel your unfulfilled orders and receive a refund. IMPORTANT: your order must be unfulfilled in order to be canceled.

Fulfilled Orders (shipped or delivered)

Original Art Sales are FINAL. The original art pieces are one-of a kind pieces and cannot be replaced. We provide the best image and description possible so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Please (contact us) if you have any questions about the artwork. Once shipped and delivered, we do not provide refunds for Original Art purchases.

Exceptions
Certain original art products on the web store, such as commissions, have their own cancellation policy. The cancellation policy on individual product pages supersedes the general guidelines provided on the present page.

MISSING, DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Please be advised that Original Art pieces are one-of-a kind works of art. Replacements are not be possible. Resolving cases of damaged or missing items will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, insurance, value of the art, cause of loss/damage.

We ship all original art with tracking, insurance and signature requirement upon delivery unless you request otherwise. We will provide an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis after the insurance claim has been settled and paid. We cannot provide information on the time-line for that process.

Upon receipt of your order from Darick Robertson Studios’ Store please inspect all contents to confirm you have received the correct items and that there is no damage. Though we take the greatest care in packing and shipping your items to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition, damage during shipment can occur.

If an item is missing from your package due to our error please (Contact us via e-mail). We will send the missing item, at our expense, within 48 hours of receipt of notice — unless travel, conventions or appearances cause a delay. If this is the case, within 48 hour of receipt of your notice, we will contact you to schedule a shipping time.

In the event that you receive a damaged item from our store, please take photos of exterior damage before opening  and/or any damage to the interior contents of the package. (Contact us via e-mail), within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Be sure to save all of the packing material. All damaged items must be returned to the address listed below at buyer’s expense. We ask that no additional damage be made to the item when it is returned (i.e. bending, folding, etc). Upon receipt of damaged item, we will submit an insurance claim. If the claim is approved, we will refund your money including return shipping cost or apply funds toward another piece of Original Art. We cannot provide information on the time-line for the insurance claim process. 

If your package does not arrive or gets lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as you are aware that the item has not arrived. We will work with the shipper to find the item and, if not recovered, we will submit an insurance claim. If the claim is approved, we will refund your money or apply funds toward another piece of Original Art. We cannot provide information on the time-line for the insurance claim process.
